Abstract

In this paper, we propose to observe how biographers journalists and biographers historians present in their discourse History and Journalism. We have used the concept of ethos, in a discursive perspective, to support the discussion of images of themselves projected by such biographers. Through our analysis, it was revealed that characterize the field where that production occurs and demonstrate that it brings brands, can be a strategy to lend credibility to the narrative constructed. This strategy will result therefore in projecting a positive image for this course and own biographer.
